Innovative, loads of training and progression opportunities, mobility across sectors is encouraged, many corporate events to network, loads of opportunities to go above and beyond the contracted job, DE&I is well practiced, solid pay, career progression is great too.
Cons
Stuck in a loop that is slow and bureaucratic and unable to pivot quick enough to the needs of the market. Needs streamlining and patience for any employee wanting to pack a high momentum punch in their work.
