      - Progress is frustratingly slow outside of sector based work. - The culture is very tribal. Being in a supportive team can make a big difference, but you won’t know until you join. - Work outside of sector areas often feels inefficient, with heavy internal politics. - Staff support is inconsistent; gaslighting and poor management behaviours are not uncommon. - Tech infra is really dated, frequent outages.
