      Pros

      Flexible working if WFH. There are really technical people in the company which is inspiring to see. There are lots of hopeful and ambitious people early in their careers There is opportunity to do really interesting work (but good luck getting the budget)

      Cons

      You will be sold as a generic developer 90% of the time. Very difficult to find the work that you are want to do, even identifying it has limitations Progression is convoluted.
