      Pros

      They are pretty good with offering training, promotional opportunites, transferring to different locations worldwide and the visas required for that. They also value D&I and have programs that run to encourage us all to think about that when recruiting.

      Cons

      IT is a large organization with a firm and quite conservative culture and if your skills don't fit into any particular team then you might find it hard to find or carve out a niche for yourself.
