This is a good job but expect to grow dramatically as an engineer. There’s no incentive to be a high performer and mediocrity is the norm. We don’t get equity. At my one year mark I received a 3% raise. After the previous election I was worried I might lose my job. Don’t come here expecting the same standards as are common at tech companies. This is an average legacy government contractor on par with Boeing or Lockheed Martin. Expect a middle class lifestyle and nothing more.

Limited growth. Allowed the same individuals to expand to new positions, pay rate increases and held others back from growing.
