      Comfy but little progression

      Pros

      The workload is very manageable and you have lots of support within the project team. Hybrid is still alive and well

      Cons

      Unless you rescue your manager from a burning building you shouldn't expect more than 3% a year. It's an old boys club of senior staff where new members of the team are given the worse projects and churned out every few years

      BAE is a company with a strong high calibre leadership team. Its operating in the defence market with a mission of Protecting Those Who Protect Us. It is providing key allied nations its indigenous defence capabilities and levelling up society bringing critical jobs into the economy.

      Cons

      Its a large company with many operations and possibilities. Therefore, it is really helpful for employees to have a vision of their long term career objectives and develop and draw on their networks within BAE to realise that vision.
