Stable and reliable company with a number of avenues of work. Flexible working schemes and relavtively relaxed atmosphere. Some exciting opportunities if you're in the right team. Average salary. Increased annually to account for inflation and rising costs.
Cons
No clear progression scheme, you just have to go for opportunities as they come by. Relaxed culture results in a lack of team drive at times to aim for excellence. Very hard to implement positive changes. No performance based pay. No process in place for within-role salary increases.
