      Pros

      Generally a friendly and positive environment. I’ve received support by HR before my on-boarding and the company made me feel like a valuable part of the business. During the first period after on-boarded I received sufficient time to get up to speed in learning my role. The location of the London office is excellent, the building overall is quite nice although is not very contemporary and there are nicer office around. I have been in client facing role at BAE S AI and particularly enjoyed the customer engagement and exposure. The culture allows to work from home when required and there is a good support for your work-life-balance.

      Cons

      More structure trainings would be beneficial although I found this to be a common issue across many medium and large organizations.

      Freedom to maximise your potential

      Pros

      Trust and collaboration are key here. No idea is a bad idea, and you are given the freedom to make the most out of every opportunity. Shape it yourself.

      Cons

      This is a large organisation so it's not always easy to get everyone around a table. That said, the working culture is prepared for this, so it doesn't hold us back.

      Blue Fin is a great location Salary, package and benefits very generous Excellent training and upskilling opportunities

      Cons

      Hot desk availability , temporary co workers are rude and don't make you feel part of the team On the Bench direction is vague Career Manager diff location so no go to person on site
