      Pros

      Exposure to some very good accounts , potential opportunity to develop and gain promotion quickly. You are surrounded by very capable people

      Cons

      Initial career management has not beed good, very hard to get time with my career manager and I was not assigned to a project for almost 10 weeks upon starting.

      Pros

      Brilliant people, good opportunity to learn new tech. Always so busy dealing with new and interesting tasks. Working from home is handy and flexible hours helps when work loads allow it.

      Cons

      Always so busy, fighting fires with legacy products - the traffic in Guildford is shocking. Work life balance can sometimes be sacrificed - but working from home is an option if your project allows it.
