      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Good holiday entitlement. Strong Union presence means generous annual inflation pay increase across entire workforce. Fairly interesting work.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely detached from the rest of workforce. Prioritise meeting metrics and short term targets rather than doing the job right first time. Lots of politics. High performance isn't rewarded through pay rises and/or promotion (despite having annual performance reviews). Lots of high performing employees move elsewhere, leaving huge voids and disruption.

      Pros

      There was always a helpful hand to guide me when I was a newbie. Friendly atmosphere and a great work-life balance are the company's distinguishing characteristics. During my induction period I was participating at internal trainings. After that period, I had possibilities to participate at technical trainings conducted by some external companies. Interesting projects leaded by very professional but still friendly managers for whom your opinion matters.

      Cons

      It's a bit difficult to find enough volleyball players for every two-week games.
