Adequate salary Good weather (at most locations) Good schools (for those with kids) Very quiet life (if that's your thing) Good accomodation (at most locations)
Cons
Management: Incompetence, Selfishness, Cronyism. Work: Health and safety on the airbase, Blame culture, 48 hour week, No overtime pay. Holidays: ALL weekends that fall within your holiday are taken as leave days so 3 weeks will cost you 21 days, Quite difficult to get your desired dates due to ongoing manpower shortages. Benefits: No company pension for Saudi based personnel anymore, Company awarded shares are useless unless you stay with the company for more than 5 years.
