      Pros

      Big work force with a lot of good guys to work with. Working on the Clyde during the summer months were good. Going out on sea trial was always a good experience.

      Cons

      Working on the clyde during the winter months could be hell. Not a lot of ways to progress through the company.

      Good Salary and Benefits for a graduate job Very social and friendly environment great office Interesting work Good Induction

      Cons

      office not big enough for amount of workers Recruitment process slow (after first interview i heard back the next day but after the second interview i had to chase up and didnt receive an answer until a month or more later) not much contact from management on the first couple of weeks regarding a project for you to start some people seem to end up spending a long time waiting to start on a project.

      Wide range of opportunities. Good early career development and progression.

      Cons

      Poor development and progression path once reaching senior engineer position - still not addressed after years of promising it would be. Transition to Executive roles initiallyseen as a backward step.
