      Pros

      BAE Systems Maritime services is filled with good people and the work is generally stimulating enough.

      Cons

      The negatives come when you look at pay progression and role progression I would say the best bet is to come into the company after a few years experience as new hires seem to get better salaries and come in at higher positions
