      - Thrown straight in, you learn quickly - Good salary / progression for Grads - Some great members of staff

      Cons

      - Perks have slowly been removed - Too many promotions based on box ticking and chumying up to the right people = weak leaders.

      Opportunities to work with ambitious bright people, interesting clients and varied work. Clients generally have a very good impression, so you can be proud of the brand.

      Cons

      Can be challenging to progress if you don't fit the mould. Recognition for achievements is hit and miss. As with any consultancy, you could be asked to work anywhere in the UK.
