      Pros

      Decent pay and excellent benefits. Good work-life balance on the whole. Excellent travel prospects. Very intelligent, driven people who enjoy the interesting work on offer and are willing to pass on their experience. Always people up for going for a beer after work.

      Cons

      If you want to go far you will sometimes have to put the hours in to be seen because as mentioned above the people here enjoy their work and are driven to learn the products and technologies.

      Pros

      Ai has many outstanding people, it engages in an unusually wide variety of work, much of it highly interesting and challenging. Its culture and ethics are amongst the best I have experienced.

      Cons

      There are few areas where AI doesn't compare favourably with other companies in its field. It perhaps needs to review its overall rewards which may have fallen slightly behind others in its marketplaces
