Pros
free parking, on a first come first serve basis. free bi-monthly lunches if your department has good safety record majority of colleagues are friendly casual attire and enviroment department managers are down to earth and helpful.
Cons
no support from managers no work structure lacks communication too much favoritism, unprofessional mannerisms what is suppose to be a "luncheon reward", turns out they deduct from your pay. it's a "not how you work, but who you know. environment"
