      Good Pay, 9/80 Schedule, Benefits are average.

      Cons

      Suggestions for improvement are seen as negative feedback - which is not wanted. The PMO has been run by morons for the past 5 years and the environment is so toxic. If you can't be a cheerleader every time your boss makes a stupid decision, it will show up in your annual review that you are negative and offer no suggestions for improvement. Even if in fact that is exactly what you are doing.
