Pros

Training and development is good. Pay in digital intelligence for staff on old T&Cs is good although constantly under attack Work is interesting

Cons

T&Cs changes being forced onto people at promotion (no new car allowances, no increase to bonuses, the list goes on) Senior management seem intent on making things worse and damaging moral Senior management are trying to deny they are changing terms and conditions despite freezing all benefits on old terms and conditions, which is essentially a terms and condition change Andrea Thomson, Digital Intelligence MD, has accused the entire workforce of being misled and essentially delusional.
