Interesting and varied work. Outstanding learning and development opportunities. Flexible working, with great pay & benefits. Plenty of opportunities - no real end to what you can go on to achieve. Apprenticeship scheme was terrific paid to learn 👍
Cons
Nothing of any significance to write about. Remember you spend as much time at work as you do with your family - so it's inevitable that like anything in life there will be an occasional glitch.
