      Everything else. Software management is established with nepotism, low pay, no drive from the Senior level engineers who are sitting around to retire. Younger engineers realizing this and leaving in droves.

      There are really no good pros of working here but they will hire anybody so if you need a job and don’t want to have to worrying about your background stopping you from getting the job go here

      I didn’t like anything about Bae as a company but it’s some cool people out
