BAE Systems reviews

This site is a huge embarrassment to BAE Systems as a whole. Stuck in a business model that is 30 years out of date; lost $m's in 2018, 2019, and scheduled for the same in 2020. Ironically, the "Good 'Ol Boy" network is alive and well in York but it's the same, out of touch leadership that's responsible for losing $$$m's continuing to be in the same positions of leadership and making the same short-sighted and disastrous decisions today. "This is the way we've always have done it" is the daily mantra. Processes are not followed; limited accountability of employees; everything is reactionary instead of proper forecasting and planning. Training is non-existent; development of employees is abysmal; and this place is 100% of "point fingers and deflect blame" at all costs.

to summarize it in few words... "They'll kick you, then they beat you, Then they'll tell you it's fair So beat it," This is true for a whole lot of people who left. This place was a nightmare.
