      - Good people - Great place to learn the basics

      Cons

      - Software permissions are getting better, but are still a nightmare. It's not unthinkable to have a months' long wait for someone who just needs to hit the "approve" button. - Below market pay - Forced working from the office because they think we'll be more productive that way (despite praising our productivity), and took away all leniency for remote work for parents with autistic kids (they now require your own body to be affected to be remote), all because they can get a tax break for having people in-office for a specific amount of time.
