Pros

Big company, lots of locations for drone work, tons of management roles

Cons

Uncaring You're just a number "What have you done for me lately" attitude. Employees who care tend to be driven away or stuck in a rut in favor of bean counters. Watched company grow over 26 years from small everyone knows your name and has your back to who are you and let me put this knife in your back. If you show you are good at what you do they will stick you in a hole and never let you out, if you try to branch out they will ignore you. Managers who have no idea what you do will try to tell you how to do your job. Some managers have a "figure it out yourself" attitude, until something goes wrong then it's all CYA for them. Management will 100% lie to your face. When new tech comes online for time sheets or expense reports there is zero training. Remote VPN is ridiculously slow for a mega corp. We used to have a monthly meeting where senior leadership would brief employees on direction of the company and allow for questions and listen to feedback, that was eliminated leaving employees in the dark about a lot of what was going on. They do no fight for(or retain) senior employees, they prefer younger(cheaper) employees, this ends up making them indistinguishable from competitors which will eventually lead to loss of contracts. If you are stationed outside the US(but working for US div), they have no idea how to support you, will screw things up and expect you to fix their mistakes.
