Pros
Ther paychecks didn't bounce and the Christmas party at the air and space museum was amazing. They spent at least $200,000 for the event.
Cons
The predatory nature of the corporate business was so awful, even when they bought the company I worked for because the federal government loved our track record, the entire team was eventually laid off for cheaper and existing BAE employees. The last laugh is when the entire Annapolis Junction division was shut down due to never winning a contract after our existing vehicle ended. Their Northern Virginia office was a bunch of robots and with the exception of a few of the HR and Legal drones, everyone else moved on. Glad I was first to dump this company.
