Pros

If you are working on a good project with a client and are insulated from internal nonsense you might have a nice time. Non-salary benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Just where to start... recent trial of mental health tool for employees blew its budget by double, so that gives you an indication. The Digital Intelligence Leadership team (with the exception of a couple of long timers) just doesn't understand its business and appears to be destroying it. Red flags include no discussion encouraged - dissent is shut down, comms are on broadcast and often disingenuous leading to a lack of trust in the employee base, and a strategy around products without the corresponding credibility which most of the employees simply don't believe. Very odd. You have a workforce built around very intelligent people here - they can just see straight through it. This is a very different business to other parts of BAE, you can't just ship in a cookie cutter General Manager, slash budgets and workforce and hope it works - it clearly doesn't. The last "re-org" was painful - terrible comms, valuable employees let go, people informed they were at risk in error. Utter disaster and now all conveniently forgotten.
