      - Best work life balance you could ask for. Flexibility given to employee for hybrid/remote and flexible on working hours preferences. - Diversed and highly inclusive company. Managers are supportive and employees are empowered to discuss on individual issues and mental health. - OT is unheard of. Encouragement to work on hours you are contracted to. - Able to take Sick Leave (SL) without show of MC - Career managers assigned with 1 on 1s every month to discuss goals and objectives. - Able to grow skills through online learning platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning) - Full reimbursement of professional certification (e.g. AWS) upon completion and successfully passing

      Cons

      - Employee engagement through festive events or social gatherings could be better - Salary and bonuses could improve against market rate - Depending on company’s reorganisation of business groups, one could be reassigned to different projects (Can be looked as ‘Pros’ as well depending on individual)
