      Decent Place to Start, but Slow Pace

      Pros

      Good work–life balance, supportive teammates, and stable projects. The structural engineering work is interesting enough and not too stressful.

      Cons

      Very slow pace, lots of bureaucracy, and projects can drag on longer than they should. Not the most exciting environment if you’re looking for fast growth.
