- Decent culture (and funding for) internal research and development programs.

Cons

- Main office in Westminster is very dated. - Receding opportunities for non-cleared work. - Didn't personally experience much opportunity for growth or skillset development beyond the first two years of my time there.

Good job with solid benefits and compensation. Also a very good continuing education program.

Cons

A lot of red tape to get anything done as with most government contractors. Also very difficult to move to different projects or different departments.
