Pros

Large company should offer wide opportunities but is hard to actually utilise this as its so disparate. Flexibility offerings are good. Flexitime, benefits etc.

Cons

Salary doesn't seem competitive and doesn't develop people unless you're already perceived as a high-flyer. So bureaucratic and slow to respond to roles, people-needs, development etc. Modern leadership styles taught but not implemented.
