-Periods of low work which can make the days drag (not ideal when you have to book your time)
-Slow career progression (A lot of the people here are life long workers content in their position)
-Facilities are lacking, and what is available is expensive and low quality.
-Some members of staff can be difficult to communicate with, and have been seen to ignore emails and delete them.
-Extremely long and strict procedures which can make average day to day tasks extremely frustrating (Ordering low value parts for example, worth pennies can take months to order and receive due to the paperwork and bouncing around across teams).
