      Pros

      Good offices and pay. Depending on location you get some nice work spaces. Very smart co-workers for the most part.

      Cons

      Corporate favoritism at its finest. People get promotions and perks based on who they know/are friends with rather than evaluated work ethic and record.

      Pros

      You get every other Friday off. They have great benefits and do a good job promoting from within. I was extreamly happy with upper management my first couple of years with the company.

      Cons

      Like most companies they went with a lean initiuative a couple of years back, with directly effectived annual raises. They always seemed to have more management and not enough workers for certain required jobs.

      Good Pay, job security, good place to work if you are an engineer but not if you're hourly

      Cons

      Oppressive management, declining benefits, no pension for recent/new employees, hourly employees treated poorly, no sense of employee worth
