      Pros

      Great people. Everyone helps everyone else.

      Cons

      Management is always changing its mind. There is always a new project, an new organization or something. New ones get started before old ones finish. People are left confused and not sure of their priorities. The future is unclear. BAE has had some layoffs but not explained why they decided to layoff or transfer what they did. Communications is poor, esp. from senior management.

      Pros

      The intern program was very rewarding and fun. There were many team building activities and after hours events to attend.

      Cons

      The amount of work given was not suffecient to keep me busy. There was a lot of down time, which I am not a fan of.

      Pros

      Some people, long-term employees, are great, have vision, etc; standard benefits; salaries ok. UK org is fantastic, and NA is trying to get up to that benchmark.

      Cons

      Program/Project managers were horrible on both conrtacts worked; corporate leaders were ok, but a lot of old white guys, not a lot of diversity.
