      Pros

      23 vacation days from day 1. Good job stability - if your project ends, management is puts forth effort in placing you on new projects and occasionally will keep you on overhead for a fair amount of time until new opportunities become available.

      Cons

      No major complaints here. Similiar or better than most other DoD contractors

      very good pay, the people not in management are very supportive, close to home and located in austin texas with flex schedule

      Cons

      unclear expectations from management, can be a "dog eat dog" type of work environment, sometimes frustrating when hard work isn't recognized

      The work is challenging and flexible. There are many opportunities for those with Mechanical Engineering backgrounds.

      Cons

      Overall job recognition is disappointing. The company is project oriented so advancement is difficult to achieve unless you've been around for 10 or more years.
