Pros
People "in the trenches", i.e., at the program level, are uniformly very good. Pay is good to very good. There are plenty of travel opportunities.
Cons
The company has focused on growth, and as a result integration has not kept pace. Internal processes are neither uniform nor well understood by employees. Leadership skills among many senior managers are lacking. Reorganizations are rampant, and people/organizations change titles/functions very frequently. The company does not communicate well, either internally or broadly externally.
