      Pros

      BAE has one of the best benefit packages around. They offer great medical, retirement and insurance. Although they have started reducing some of their benefits they still are competitve.

      Cons

      The ability to communicate with management is very difficult becuase most of the times you are not working in the corporate office.

      Pros

      Jobs are cyclical. One year is nothing like the next. Pay is good, just get what you want early as its a slow crawl from there. Benefits and leave are awesome. Company picnics and KD days help networking internally.

      Cons

      Sometimes feels like an island. Have to work to keep up with whats going on at headquarters. Moving around isn't that easy.
