Big company means process is slow and needs improvement (which to their credit, they're trying to do) Parking is crowded at my location, either come in early or have a long walk in morning/evening Can be a little too busy/urgent need to get work done, I often see coworkers working weekends (overtime, tho) Currently hiring a lot of engineers, so until the roles are filled the current too-small staff are left to pick up that slack

management. all around management. micro managing continuously, half the supervision has no clue what is going on. High burn out rates, coupled with ridiculous expectations, and wacky work hours. This is more of a build my resume kind of job. The company just recently had an overhaul of its higher ups, and now its more documenting than actual work.
