      Pros

      Great benefits even though they are expensive they completely covered birth or child. Pay was good for my role. Some great people to work with in certain departments

      Cons

      Bad management, favoritism, dishonesty, giving credit where credit is not due. No strategy planning for future. Loss of multiple contracts within facility. No concept of what a MDS is.
