      Good retirement 401K match of dollar for dollar on first 6 percent of salary. Challenging work. Get your own office.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from what their direct reports do on a day to day basis. Stack ranking. Poor morale.

      With the right manager your work schedule can be flexible. Not all managers allow that.

      Cons

      The benefits have been cut back. Health insurance used to be good. Now they have a self insured plan managed by Cigna :(.
