      Pros

      comparable benefits with other defense contractors though they have been cut several times over the past years. Generally good work environment and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership at the local level. lack of recognition of individual efforts. Frequent uncompensated overtime required.

      Great benefits, flexible schedules, nice words spouted from top level management

      Cons

      Lower level management is willing to do just about anything to look good and retain customers, contracts aren't very stable, creates a culture of fear and mistrust particularly in this current budget environment.

      Sense of accomplishment. Salaries are competitive. Plenty of good people..

      Cons

      Times are good when there's world conflict, other times not so good. Reorganization after reorganization and always laying people off. Defense contracting is lucrative but unstable. Need outside ethics investigations are some business practices.
