      Pros

      Seemingly expansive opportunities. Fair amount of company paid learning opportunities. Tuition assistance (reimbursement).

      Cons

      Not a lot of development guidance. Lots of tools for growth and learning, but either management doesn’t know about them or they aren’t up front about them. Will let you stagnate in a role if you let them. Any growth and development will have to be 100% driven by you.
