      Pros

      I really value the variety of tasking that arises in my day to day activities. I am lucky enough that my duties are fairly evenly split between people manager responsibilities and directing or steering mechanical design projects.

      Cons

      Corporate can sometimes seem out of touch with our locality, but that situation is improving slowly.

      Young Engineers Stay Away.

      Laid back work environment, no one seems to care.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional company ran by egotistic managers who know very little about the product they sell. The entire company rellies on a hand full of folks who know what they are doing. The rest are poorly crosstrained employees who avoid taking on bigger tasks. Company fails to cross train younger engineers which critically impacts the company itself and the engineer employed. If you are young and want to learn this is not the place for you.

      I think the company is fine. I personally had a bad team. It felt like they hired people to fill seats, not to complete a job.
