      Work management is wonderful, and they always work with me to get what I need. I feel like I'm valued here, and it's a breath of fresh air not having the pressure of trying to keep

      I found the BANC3 company culture to be really helpful, and I was given a lot of responsibility from the start. Although the company has some missteps that often cause unnecessary stress for the employees, it is still a great company to work for.
