      I’m an engineer but I think Banc3 engineered my career. Really happy I took the offer with them. You’ll get experience and exposure that you won’t anywhere else.

      Pros

      Banc3 is the place to be if you’re a software developers. They have top of the line systems and the most knowledgeable coworkers I’ve ever been around.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can’t get involved in some of the projects that look fun since you’re so focused on what you have. A lot going on and you wanna be in everything!

      Worked in the proposal department. A great group of coworkers. Everyone got along and we had a good process of getting work done as a team.

      Cons

      High expectations from supervisors and management. Nothing unrealistic however.
