      Occasional free food/work events. Work with interesting technology. Some people were friendly

      Cons

      Little communication. with vague direction on what is requested Occasionally had to struggle to get resources to complete job. Constant turnover.

      Various Pros/Cons of a medium sized company

      Pros

      Good location- easy to get to. Didn't have to deal with lots of red tape unlike prior big companies. Food provided. Allows to work from home to meet project deadlines.

      Cons

      Miscommunication in larger projects because no concrete established order of command for certain projects.

      Pros

      it's a job. If you don't have a job it beats unemployment. At least for a while.

      Cons

      Everything else. The most ethically flawed company I have ever seen. On your last day, as you drive away you feel joyous. And you wonder why you let it go on.
