      Pros

      The company is growing fast and expanding rapidly...almost too fast The core workforce (team) works very hard together to be productive.

      Cons

      The company lacks defined leadership and structure which makes working there difficult. Micro-managing and not knowing exactly who is in charge of what is/was an issue.

      Pros

      Banc3 is the place to be if you’re a software developers. They have top of the line systems and the most knowledgeable coworkers I’ve ever been around.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can’t get involved in some of the projects that look fun since you’re so focused on what you have. A lot going on and you wanna be in everything!
