      Pros

      Being new to my field of expertise I didn’t have a lot of real world experience. Management and team members went out of their way to get me up to speed.

      Cons

      I had an issue with one of the team members once but management was able to help of get through the issue. They understand team dynamics enough not to let it get out of control.

      Pros

      Exciting space related work. I moved on to more “down to earth” projects but their contribution to the space technology industry is huge. I learned a great deal from my coworkers and senior leads.

      Cons

      Literally nothing except that I had to leave for family reasons. We were very busy and it did get stressful but that’s anywhere.

      Company has changed their outlook over the past few years and younger talent with less experience has been allowed to grow at a faster pace. This is retaining young talent more than the company had in the past. - Overall workplace mindset seems happier and more open than it was a few years ago. - Many higher educated people

      Cons

      It can be extremely difficult to get hired into the company unless you have a connection.
