Pros

Very nice place to work if your one of the upper management employees. Job not to difficult but must be done correct at all times

Cons

management at the warehouse could be a little more professional when it comes to each employee instead we deal with favoritism on a daily basis. Office culture here at the warehouse does not exist except for a few privilege employees.

Pros

Learn alot. They take it slow. Excellent training for those who are just starting in a production plant.

Cons

Labor intense plant where I work. The block is big and there are a lot of equipment to learn. You have a 3 yr training program but probably need 5 yrs to become comfortable in my block.
