Not much work to do and pretty much 9-5 with good salary

Pay is decent for cost of living of area.

Cons

Leadership rewards poor performers and does not value teamwork. They have self interests that take priority over organizational goals.

Pros

Very diverse company that has their hands in a lot of things. If you have the aptitude they will let you move around to different positions, especially if you have a technical background. Global company and pretty stable. They actually make an effort toward sustainability rather than incorporating a few buzzwords to please investors/media.

Cons

Culture is very structured and formal. Very bureaucratic but at least it is direct as in you can see the red tape versus the line being invisible.
