Pros

*Great vision and strategic direction. Includes business and environment/sustainability and eye to future opportunities. *Great culture. Solid efforts to value every employee and help them develop. *Highlight is the development plan that each employee has, which is separate from the yearly targets and review. This institutionalizes employee development. You need to take ownership of it, though your boss' job is to listen and support you.

Cons

*Like every large company there is a lot of structure and systems. This is needed. The key issue is when you layer a new initiative/structure on top of what you already do. However, there is an awareness to simplify. *No inline promotions for salaried employees, The salary bands are wide so there is room to grow and add responsibility/pay. But if you want significant change with a new title, you need to apply for a new position.
