Pros

I took this job as an entry-level opportunity to get started in the field. The staff at this facility are very friendly, management is great, pay is good, and opportunities to learn are endless.

Cons

Most workers in this position are contracted through a third party rather than being hired on directly by the company. Benefits are not as great as other positions, however, if looking for a foot-in-the-door opportunity, this is a great start.

Pros

Contract work is okay, if you can get your foot in at a salaried position, definitely worth the wait.

Cons

Contractiong work is not great, you probably won’t get a pay increase.
